WECTEC is seeking a Composite Blade Technician to perform inspections, defect analysis, and up to Category 3–5 repairs on fiberglass and composite blades, spinners, and nacelles. You will report to the blade manager and travel 100% to project sites across the United States.
You must have wind industry experience or graduate of a Wind Tech program, valid driver’s license, and strong safety training. The role includes documentation duties and possible maintenance tasks.
