Credit and Collections Specialist

$22 - $26 /hour, depending on experience

• Manage accounts receivable and daily deposits
• Handle phone calls and separate mail
• Assist with accounts payable tasks
• File liens and manage credit card payments
• Communicate with sales and dispatch teams
• Resolve delivery issues and customer inquiries
• Engage with customers on outstanding bills

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Yukon, Oklahoma

• Experience in a similar administrative role
• Knowledge of lien filing processes
• Proficiency in handling customer service inquiries
