Position
Credit and Collections Specialist
Compensation$22 - $26 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties- Manage accounts receivable and daily deposits
- Handle phone calls and separate mail
- Assist with accounts payable tasks
- File liens and manage credit card payments
- Communicate with sales and dispatch teams
- Resolve delivery issues and customer inquiries
- Engage with customers on outstanding bills
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Yukon, Oklahoma
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of lien filing processes
- Proficiency in handling customer service inquiries
