Behavioral Innovations is seeking a dedicated team member to support Therapists and RBTs at our Oklahoma center. This role fills in for missing team members and acts as a resource for Therapists and BCBA-led programs, ensuring smooth client sessions and safe, organized spaces.
The individual will back up for CA/ACA/COM when needed, lead a small client group, respond to challenging behaviors, and assist with program updates and material preparation under BCBA guidance.
