Seeking motivated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant for our Yukon location. Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center believes strongly in teamwork, and it is our goal to work together with families to help each child achieve their goals and reach their full potential. We strive to keep a personal small clinic atmosphere while providing the highest quality treatment and family training. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and behavioral services.

Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant. This is an opportunity to work with clients in a private practice setting with an amazing team. You will work with the pediatric population and their families and focus on diagnosis and treatment of a range of neuro-developmental disorders. We encourage learning and development and offer a supportive, collaborative work environment.

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide direct treatment to children in engaging developmental therapy activities
• Monitor and document progress for each therapy session
• Provide feedback to the Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate parents and caregivers on exercises and activities to continue therapy at home
• Follow compliance and ethical standards for best practice in pediatric physical therapy

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy
• Oklahoma State License: PTA
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in pediatrics
• Experience working with clients with developmental disorders
