Compensation

$69,000 – $71,000 annually

Job Summary

The HR Business Partner provides comprehensive day‑to‑day human resources support to employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and effective workforce operations. This role serves as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, recruitment and onboarding, benefits guidance, and policy interpretation, helping to foster a positive, compliant, and high‑performing work environment. The HR Business Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, maintains accurate HR data and records, and contributes to HR reporting and operational initiatives.

Note: This role requires a consistent, in‑person presence at the designated workplace in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with no remote, telecommuting, or hybrid options.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (official transcripts required upon hire).
  • Four (4) years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role with a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHSRA‑CP or SHRM‑CP.
  • Experience in public sector human resources.
  • Experience utilizing HR Roles in Workday.
Special Requirements
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from a U.S. state or territory to perform necessary job‑related travel.
Essential Functions
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; discretion with confidential information; strong organizational and time‑management abilities; proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; ability to apply relevant laws and policies; flexibility and adaptability.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits; assist with conflict resolution and foster a positive work culture.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Partner with hiring managers, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, perform new‑hire orientation, and coordinate onboarding activities.
