Certified Nursing Assistant (11pm to 7am)

Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. You will work an 8‑hour shift, providing personal care to residents, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to safety and comfort, consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions and needs to care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures per established policies and procedures.
• Be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
