Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. A rewarding career is waiting at a great facility that specializes in long‑term and rehabilitative care.

As a CNA at Ranchwood Nursing Center, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise supervisory charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.
