Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

In addition to a valid driver’s license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name, match the address on your driver’s license, and be issued within the last 3 months.

Unit Details:

Adult patient population.

Primarily renal patients with a wide range of renal conditions.

Staffing ratios: 1:5 on days; 1:6 on nights and weekends.

Shift & Scheduling:

RTO: 5 days or less.

Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:

Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities; occasional, depending on staffing/census.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
