We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for our client, a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company developing a next-generation facility focused on complex materials and precision components. As the Quality Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of scalable quality systems, ensuring products meet stringent technical specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape quality processes from the ground up while working with advanced manufacturing technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Build and implement scalable quality systems, processes, and documentation for advanced manufacturing operations
• Lead hands-on inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Develop testing protocols for key performance characteristics, including material properties and dimensional accuracy
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and production teams
• Oversee compliance with industry standards and support audit readiness
• Manage quality-related customer feedback, supplier quality, and internal nonconformance resolution
• Mentor and develop quality team members, scaling the function as the company grows
• Balance strategic quality initiatives with hands-on engagement on the manufacturing floor

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, materials science, manufacturing, or a related field, along with 10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, root cause analysis, and lean tools is required. The role calls for a proactive, adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
