The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that exceptional safety, quality and presentation standards are met for Air North's In-Flight Kitchen. You will ensure daily sanitation measures and follow specifications for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

• Wash and sanitize all dishware and cooking equipment
• Operate an industrial dish machine and ensure proper wash procedures are used
• Remove garbage, recycling and compost as needed
• Gather containers and organize for efficient delivery
• Work with the team to package products for retail and flights

• Valid Drivers Licence
• Able to obtain a Restricted Area Identification card
• A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
• Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
• Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

• Hospitality industry knowledge
