Del Taco - - Responsibilities:
Fully staff the store with quality people and recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times;
Deliver the Del Taco Way by executing standards and using processes 100% of the time;
Achieve or exceed sales plan and build customer counts and loyalty, including local store marketing opportunities;
Maintain staffing levels, comply with labor laws, manage inventory and cash handling, and achieve controllable cost targets
