Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager. Salary $14.00 per hour.

Flexible full-time schedule between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and deposit bank accounts daily
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal, clean and free of debris

• Successful candidate comes from a variety of customer service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies

• Valid driver’s license required
• Own vehicle required to travel between work locations and conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
