Job Summary

FiiZ Drinks is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Shift Leads to help lead our store team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality drinks and snacks, provide excellent guest service, support team members during each shift, and help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
When acting as Shift Lead, you will be responsible for setting the example for the team, assigning tasks, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining health code and sanitation standards, approving discounts, reviewing employee time cards, and helping manage inventory needs.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, energetic, and comfortable leading others in a fast-paced environment. You should be someone who works hard, stays positive during busy moments, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of creating an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a fun, welcoming experience.
  • Prepare drinks, treats, and snacks accurately, quickly, and consistently according to company standards.
  • Set a strong example for the team through attitude, work ethic, professionalism, and guest service.
  • Lead shifts by helping assign tasks and ensuring team members understand their responsibilities.
  • Support team members during busy periods and help keep shifts running smoothly.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and store standards are followed.
  • Maintain health code, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements throughout the shift.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions responsibly.
  • Approve discounts and ensure they are handled according to company guidelines.
  • Review and approve employee time cards as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
  • Take inventory, identify product needs, and communicate items that may need to be ordered.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Encourage guest engagement by promoting specials, new drinks, and in-store experiences.
  • Support social media efforts by creating or participating in fun, on-brand content when appropriate.
  • Represent the FiiZ brand with energy, kindness, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, food service, or leadership is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a shift lead, supervisor, trainer, or team captain is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram or Tik Tok is a plus.
  • A love for people, fun drinks, and creating positive guest experiences.
