Part-Time Christmas Setup Aide

General Purpose

This position is a part- time position with the main responsibility of assisting the full- time staff with duties related to Christmas light setup, which will change from day to day. This includes lifting, carrying, and assembling light displays throughout the park. This is not a desk or office job. It is an active position, requiring teamwork and coordination to decorate the park.

• Must possess great people skills, work well with others, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Load and unload light displays and related equipment.
• Wrap and unwrap Christmas lights, extension cords, and work alongside heavy equipment to decorate the park.
• Must be responsible, mature, energetic, and able to get along with different personalities and maintain order in a fast-paced environment with multiple supervisors.
• Applicant must be able to work on a team and be willing to take direction.
• Work is in a fun, fast-paced environment in the elements.

• Must be able to assist in the setup, execution of, and tear down of Park decorations.
• Push, pull, or drag on occasion, up to 50 lbs.
• This is a physically demanding job at times, being on your feet for long periods of time.
• You may work out in the elements, rain, snow, heat or cold.

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Ability and willingness to assume responsibility for work performed.
