Game Stop - 1300 West Vandament Avenue, Ste 1301 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly; respond to questions and concerns quickly and courteously.;
Assist Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence; ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and balance daily transactions accurately.
