Joe Cooper CDJR of Yukon has an immediate opening for an experienced internet automotive sales consultant. The foundation of our success is providing extraordinary customer support while creating a high level of professionalism and mutual respect amongst our culturally and gender diverse sales staff. We are looking for sales‑focused applicants who are self‑motivated and have outstanding communication and customer service skills with a strong work ethic.

• Respond to online inquiries providing clients with vehicle information, scheduling appointments, and staging appropriate vehicle(s) for client arrival.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other rules of the road are followed.
• Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion.
• Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and feature operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Help educate and train new staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in internet sales, is required.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Pleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
