Growth Experience Specialist

We're looking for a personable, organized, proactive communicator to join our team as a Client Growth Experience Specialist.

In this role, you'll help guide new customers through their first six months with our agency
. You'll welcome them, help with policy needs, conduct onboarding conversations, build relationships, and look for additional ways our agency can help protect them and their family.

But this isn't a traditional customer-service position.

You’ll also spend a significant part of your day prospecting, working customer campaigns, uncovering insurance and financial needs, generating referrals, and creating opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for

• Owning the onboarding experience for new customers during their first six months with our agency
• Conducting proactive onboarding and retention calls
• Helping new customers with policy questions, service tasks, and follow-up needs
• Learning about customers and their families to identify additional insurance needs
• Naturally pivoting everyday conversations into Life and Health insurance opportunities
• Identifying financial needs and helping schedule Insurance & Financial Services (IPS) appointments
• Asking for and generating customer referrals
• Identifying Auto and Fire opportunities and creating warm transfers to our sales team
• Making outbound calls and working agency campaigns
• Following structured customer touchpoints and completing assigned tasks
• Helping identify and address early retention concerns
• Keeping accurate customer and opportunity information in our systems

What Success Looks Like

This is a high-activity, measurable position
.

You'll have clear expectations around outbound calls, customer conversations, sales-team transfers, Life and Health opportunities, referrals, appointments, and customer onboarding.

We provide the process, training and coaching. We're looking for someone who brings the effort, organization and willingness to have conversations.

Compensation & Licensing

This position offers base compensation plus individual and team performance-based bonus opportunities.

Insurance licensing is required to fully perform the position, but you do not need to already be licensed to apply.

We'll help the right candidate understand the licensing and training process.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
