Lead Field Service Technicians (FST) and develop their technical skills and professionalism;
Safely perform scheduled maintenance and advanced diagnostic repair on gas compression equipment;
Participate in start-ups, major maintenance, overhauls, significant failures, and high-end troubleshooting;
Maintain and ensure run time of natural gas compression units per contractual agreements;
Travel to customer locations and communicate with the Area Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
