We are a team of men and women who love Jesus and desire to see His name made known. We acknowledge we aren't perfect, but God doesn't require perfection to use us. Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry, which drives all our actions. We are highly relational, enjoy taking breaks, getting to know each other, and having fun while working hard.

Our goal is to serve God and those around us, including guests, campers, and each other.

We seek staff to help accomplish our mission by serving guests through activities. These include Target Sports, Laser Tag, Trail Rides, Ropes, Go-Karts, and the pool during warmer seasons. Work hours are variable due to the dynamic retreat schedule. The Activities Manager will inform staff of work opportunities as they arise. Training is provided for the ropes course and go-kart track.

Part-time hours are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required.
