RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
* Coordinate incoming calls.
* Greeting visitors and residents warmly and direct them appropriately.
* Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks.
* Assist with resident maintenance requests.
* Manage transportation schedule.
* Ensure a constant stock of brochures, welcome packets, and related materials is readily available.
* Supervisory Responsibility:
None.## Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with residents and staff through both verbal and written means.
* Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities. Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and demonstrating excellent time management skills.
* Comfortable with technology and proficient in various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and others.
* Ability to schedule, provide follow-up and assist others with a professional customer service demeanor.
