• Talk to Humans: Answer customer questions via email and phone with a friendly, upbeat tone.
• Keep It Neat: Organize digital and physical files so we can find anything in seconds.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in data entry, customer service, or office work.
