- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent construction-related experience considered.
- 10+ years of utility-scale electrical construction and estimating experience.
- Valid Master Electrician license or reciprocal valid license for the state of work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.
- Experience in estimating and developing bids for utility-scale electrical projects.
- Proficient with all field installation techniques/methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Safety-oriented; 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certifications preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake necessary tasks.
- Ability to function as a team builder and player.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with bid teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and provide support.
- Ability to access all points of a construction site in various climates.
- Manage construction safety protocols.
- Understand and manage project costs and budgets.
- Schedule and oversee crew workforce, equipment, and tools for optimal utilization and quality.
- Review timecards and invoices for proper cost allocation.
- Ensure all employees comply with safety policies and receive necessary training and equipment.
- Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
