This is a family-owned Design-Build contractor delivering complex federal projects nationwide while fostering a strong team culture and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities in accordance with contract documents, schedule, and budget
Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, and daily field operations
Implement NAVFAC / USACE project requirements and Contractor Quality Control expectations
Maintain EM 385-1-1 safety compliance and hazard identification practices
Interface with Government representatives, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Resolve field issues through drawing interpretation and construction planning
Monitor productivity, materials, and equipment utilization
Support QA/QC processes, documentation, and project reporting
Required Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience
5+ years as Superintendent on federal or military projects $20M+
Strong knowledge of NAVFAC / USACE projects and federal construction standards
Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements
Proven leadership managing subcontractors and field teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Active base access or prior experience on active military installations
Compensation
$125,000 - $145,000 annually
