Pilkington Construction Co. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to drive the successful execution of complex Commercial, Government, and Federal projects. If you have 5+ years of experience and are proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.
- Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement logs, and project schedules.
- Review project drawings/specifications to identify scope gaps, conflicts, and constructability issues.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Lead project meetings, support safety initiatives, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Review cost reports and assist in managing project budgets and forecasts.
- Experience:
5+ years of experience in construction project engineering or management (Healthcare, Commercial, or Industrial preferred). - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required. - Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge:
Strong understanding of contracts, change management, and construction codes. - Preferred:
Experience with Design‑Build, CMAR, or Public Works projects. OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- $60,000 - $90,000+ Annual Salary (Based on Experience)
