Build Projects. Own the Work. Share in the Company.
BC Construction Group is looking for a strong Project Manager to help lead commercial, industrial, warehouse, and distribution projects.
This is a remote-based role, but it is not a disconnected role. The right PM will stay closely tied to the project team, field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and BCCG leadership through consistent communication, jobsite visits, and regular travel to the BCCG office and active projects.
We are looking for someone who can truly own the work — schedule, budget, buyout, subcontractors, owner communication, design coordination, project documentation, and closeout.
This role is built for a PM who wants responsibility, trust, and a seat at the table.
Why This Role Stands OutAt BCCG, you are not just joining a construction company.
You are joining an employee-owned company through our ESOP, where the work you help build also helps create long-term value for the team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants:
Ownership. Accountability. Growth. Real project responsibility.
What You’ll OwnYou will help manage projects from startup through closeout, including:
- Project schedule and milestone tracking
- Budget, cost control, and change management
- Buyout and subcontractor coordination
- RFIs, submittals, procurement, and documentation
- Owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor communication
Field coordination with superintendents and project teams - Risk tracking, issue resolution, and closeout
- Regular jobsite and office travel as needed to support the work
We want someone who sees issues early, communicates clearly, follows through, and helps solve problems before they become expensive.
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- Commercial or industrial construction experience
- Warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or large commercial project experience preferred
- Strong schedule, budget, buyout, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to lead meetings, track commitments, and drive follow-through
- Clear communication with owners, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership
- Strong organization and documentation habits
- A practical, team-first mindset
- The ability to manage work without constant direction
