ERM is hiring Safety Managers (day shift & night shift) onsite at a key technology client’s Data Center construction project in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, 3-month limited-term role that may extend, focused on establishing and improving site safety programs across the project sites.
You will lead site-specific safety plans, audits, investigations, and performance reporting, while mentoring Site Safety Coordinators and promoting a strong, proactive safety culture.
