Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Yuma is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service. The Receptionist/Cashier serves as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system while minimizing customer hold times
  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Provide general information and direct visitors to the appropriate department
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, sorting documents, and other clerical duties
  • Support the dealership team with additional office responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
