Position Summary
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. In the member assist – cart attendant role you help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
You are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, keeping carts ready and available, and assisting members in loading their vehicles. You will also support creating a great member experience, so you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Responsibilities- Ensure the parking lot is well‑kept and that carts are ready and available.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area and keep the parking lot free of debris.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote company products and services, and ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
- Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe situations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to identify priorities and complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle obstacles head‑on.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on maintaining member satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to work outside of normal business hours.
- Competitive base pay ($16.00 to $24.00 per hour) plus performance‑based bonuses.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
