Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
The PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program seeks a Field Surveillance Program (FSP) Coordinator to lead reviews, manage data, and ensure seamless collaboration across functional teams, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To- Plan, manage, and facilitate multi-functional reviews with senior program leadership, customers, and partners to align sustainment objectives
- Collaborate with Sustainment Program Management to validate data, aggregate findings, and communicate trends
- Assign ownership of action items, set suspense dates, and drive timely resolutions
- Provide clear communication methods for data collection, constraints, and expectations
- Orchestrate collaborative sessions and informal reviews to drive project success
- Coordinate off-site review locations for customers and partners as required
- Track and manage internal actions using Microsoft Teams other tools
- Develop overlapping timelines for multiple concurrent reviews
- Security & Export Awareness:
Apply International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Security, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling procedures to all documents and communications - Travel several times per year to support customer meetings
- Exceptional teambuilding, coordination, and collaboration experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
- Strong oral and written communication with technical accuracy
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Problem solving and sound decision making skills
- Proactive multitasking across multiple priorities
- Public speaking and visual content production as needed
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience leading diverse groups and managing resources (people, material, time)
- Experience working with USG customer to understand needs and deliver tailored products
- Familiarity with OASAS Database, program data, Internal Operating Plan (IOP) metrics, capacity & workload models, and spare parts inventory
- Understanding of proposal estimates and budgeting
- Experience with export compliance, licensing, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)/Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policies and procedures
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
