The firm is expanding across multiple locations and is opening a new 3,000 sq. ft. Center for Leadership and Business Development in the World Trade Center building in downtown Tacoma. Built on an Education/Entrepreneurship platform, Strategem Financial focuses on developing ethical, dedicated financial professionals to serve families and individuals in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

The Financial Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Yuma, AZ. This role involves meeting with individuals and families to assess their financial needs, explain available financial products, and develop tailored strategies for protection, savings, and long-term planning. The Financial Representative will provide financial education, conduct client follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and networking, preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with the broader Strategem Financial team, and staying current on industry trends, regulations, and product updates.
The role also includes participating in ongoing training and leadership development programs to support professional growth and effectiveness.
- Strong client service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach to understanding financial goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client information, evaluate financial options, and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies.
- Sales, networking, and presentation skills to engage prospective clients, explain complex financial concepts in accessible terms, and build a sustainable client base.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, maintain detailed records, follow compliance procedures, and meet performance targets.
- Interest in financial services, personal finance, and financial education, with the willingness to obtain and maintain relevant state licenses and certifications as required.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical conduct, aligned with the company’s mission to serve and educate families and communities.
- Ability to work on-site in Yuma, AZ, collaborate within a team environment, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
