Treasury Operations Analyst

• Perform operations duties within derivatives and funding work streams
• Conduct trade verification, reconciliations, and settlements with some supervision
• Ensure account accuracy and research issues when necessary
• Ensure all documentation requirements are satisfied
• Respond to telephone or written inquiries
• Research special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees
• Coordinate, manage, and complete multiple duties and assignments within acceptable timelines
• Communicate status updates and communicate unusual items or errors to team members and manager
• Comply with established department policies, procedures, and market-required operational standards

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of operations-related experience
• Strong knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of banking operations
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

Demonstrates strong operational expertise in derivatives and funding work streams, with a focus on trade verification, reconciliations, and settlements. Proficient in managing multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
