Responsibilities include order verification, medication assessment, providing drug information and education, and collaborating with medical providers and nursing staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Arizona Pharmacist Licensure, and 2 years of experience. Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with a competitive salary of $112,000-$145,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Must also have Vanco AUC Dosing experience.
