• Total Compensation:
  Ranging from $41-$59/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (which is tiered according to the candidate's experience and competency).
• Paid Time Off: 14.5 days (5.5 vacation, 7 holidays, 2 for professional development).

  To ensure both quality care and the well‑being of the clinician.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students.

• The First 30 Days:
  Orientation, culture, training, case reviews, team integration, shadowing, feedback, resources, center culture, client interaction.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist, registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association, and licensed in the applicable state.
