Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Yuma, Arizona

• Full‑time permanent
• Day shift (8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
• 40 hours per week
• Ongoing
• Acute Care Level II Trauma setting

• Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing impairments across diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care
• Document in EPIC EMR, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home strategies

$40.82 – $51.03+ per hour (DOE). Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max). Annual Equivalent (40 hrs/week): $84,905 – $106,142 (mid) – $127,358.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility)
• BLS (AHA)
• At least 1 year of experience in speech‑language pathology

• Experience in acute or inpatient care settings
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
