Human Edge Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility assignment in Yuma, Arizona
. This is a great opportunity to deliver hands‑on rehabilitative care in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Track and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Active Arizona PTA license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, with SNF experience preferred.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
