This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is divided into 60 long-term care beds, plus a 20-bed memory care unit. ASVH-Yuma features single occupancy rooms, each with an ADA-approved, en suite bathroom. Residents enjoy customized services, comfort, dignity and warm social connections through a variety of activities and outings with staff, other Veterans and the community.

Qualifications:Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
