Make beds, change sheets, towels, and other linens;
Thoroughly clean guest rooms including dusting, waxing and polishing furniture, sweeping floors, vacuuming, shampooing rugs, emptying ashtrays and wastebaskets, and sanitizing lavatories;
Wash walls and windows, dust drapes and blinds;
Turn mattresses and sanitize fixtures and bedding; service each room daily;
Move heavy furniture and operate industrial cleaning equipment safely;
Report missing or broken items to supervisor;
Provide courteous, world-class customer service and assist customers in a friendly manner
