- Support external partnerships that contribute to sustainable pipelines of craft talent
- Assist Workforce Development and Recruiting teams with outreach activities and community engagement efforts
- Support execution of workforce development initiatives
- Maintain relationships with external organizations aligned with DPR workforce needs
- Support relationships with trade schools, workforce organizations, community groups, and industry associations
- Assist with planning and execution of career fairs, hiring events, and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with Workforce Development and Recruiting teams on partnership activities and workforce outreach efforts
- Support programs that increase awareness of DPR craft careers across targeted populations
- Track partnership activities and performance metrics, including events, contacts, lead conversions, and partnership outcomes
- Coordinate partnership communications and candidate pipeline activities for recruiting events and candidate handoffs
- Assist with coordination of external funding opportunities and alignment with company messaging, branding, and outreach activities
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, workforce development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 2–4 years of experience in workforce development, recruiting, community outreach, construction, or a related field required
- Experience supporting workforce outreach events, recruiting initiatives, community engagement programs, or partnership activities preferred
- Experience working with customer relationship management systems, applicant tracking systems, or similar tracking tools preferred
Demonstrates expertise in workforce development and community engagement, with a strong focus on building partnerships and executing outreach initiatives. Proficient in tracking performance metrics and coordinating recruitment events to enhance talent pipelines.
