Deployment Technician

Description

Refresh Project with devices. Will be a 16 week engagement with possibility of long‑term extension. Team Size: 1 Lead and 2-4 Deployment Technicians. Lead responsible for day‑to‑day reporting of interworking’s of what’s going on. If any issues arise but also the crew lead for 2-3 deployment techs. Deploying thin clients, monitors, laptops. Hot swap. Make sure everything is connected. Everything will be shipped out in waves from Cleveland.

Imaging is done by Cleveland config lab. Working with end‑users directly and ensuring all files are transferred correctly and printers are connected as well. The team will perform "search and destroy" hot swaps, ensuring proper connections, transferring user files, and connecting to printers, requiring direct end‑user interaction. Working in a hospital environment is a huge plus. Professional standards need to be demonstrated.

People living in Yuma is a requirement and must have reliable transformation. 2 hour round trip in commute candidate would really have to prove they could commit to that.

Deployment Tech Responsibilities:
- Perform "search and destroy" tasks, which include locating high‑touch workstations.
- Execute hot swaps of equipment, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Work directly with end‑users to transfer files and ensure proper printer connections.
- Deploy thin clients, monitors, and laptops.
- Adhere to project schedules and follow instructions from the Lead Deployment Technician.

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Yuma, AZ.
