Job Title: Desktop Support Technician I | Nights

Location: Yuma, AZ 85364

Work Status: REGULAR FULL TIME

Shift: Nights 11:00 pm - 07:00 am

Pay Rate: Hourly ($20.00 - $30.00)

Summary: The Desktop Support Technician I supports the hardware and software needs of the organization; acts as a level 2 escalation point for the service desk; sets up hardware in new/acquired locations. Provides technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Works in a collaborative environment.

• Performs IT Concierge Support duties, including rounding hospital floors to assist with issues that need immediate resolution and following assigned tickets from the Desktop Support Lead.
• Performs break/fix on the physical hardware, replacing or repairing as appropriate; maintains functionality of PCs in the organization.
• Imaging and repairing computers with Windows OS for incident, service requests, and operating system updates.
• Assists with clinic setups, ensuring hardware such as scanners and Imprivata are operational.
• Sets up conference room computer hardware as requested.
• Orders hardware and software and understands business processes and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (essential).
• Required:
  
  2+ years related experience.
• Preferred:
  CompTIA A+ certification, ITIL Certification or related field, and 3+ years of IT technical support experience.
