AI Infrastructure Services Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial software licenses and procurement processes for AI Infrastructure products.
• Partner with CIO application teams to manage hardware and software demand forecasts.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI infrastructure products and services, from strategy to execution.
• Drive financial accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, chargebacks, and benchmarking.
• Lead vendor negotiations, manage contracts, and mitigate vendor risk in collaboration with procurement and vendor management.
• Partner with engineering and vendor teams to deliver innovative solutions and manage technical development activities.

• Five years’ experience managing software life cycles and licensing.
• Five years’ experience driving business-side technology initiatives: application requirements gathering, roadmap development, and financial management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI solutions (e.g., NVIDIA, Red Hat, Posit, Math Works).
• Negotiating large-scale software agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Building product level business cases for technology investments.
• Present technical and financial insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leading executive briefings with vendors and internal stakeholders.
