SummaryAs CRM Administrator, you are responsible for managing and maintaining Concorde’s CRM system, ensuring its efficient operation and utilization. Bring your expertise and experience to support end users and optimize the CRM. You will help streamline processes, enhance data accuracy and reporting for the Admissions and Marketing departments. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the future onboarding of additional departments, extending the CRM system's benefits to various areas of Concorde’s operations.

- Administer and oversee the CRM system to ensure smooth operation, data integrity, and user access management.
- Coordinate with Admission/Marketing to customize and configure the CRM to optimize functionality.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and the CRM vendor to resolve technical issues, implement upgrades, and improve system functionalities.
- Coordinate with Admissions/Marketing and CRM vendor to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Analyze and streamline Admissions/Marketing processes within the CRM system to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement workflows and triggers to simplify tasks and increase team effectiveness.
- Assists with effective integration and performance of the sales and marketing tech stack that encircles the CRM system.
- Train and support end-users in adopting efficient CRM practices and utilizing automation features.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to understand their needs and align CRM functionalities accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to support recruitment and enrollment goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions through the CRM support queue.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of future department onboarding to the CRM system.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of additional departments into the CRM ecosystem.
- Provide training and ongoing support to new department users, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role, preferably in an educational institution or a marketing-driven organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Understanding Admissions and Marketing processes within the higher education sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integration with CRM systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and implementing system enhancements.
