Project Manager, IT Project Manager

• Learn Project Management fundamentals and develop skills for a Project Management career
• Analyze and solve business challenges
• Manage resources and coordinate team members
• Shadow current employees delivering AHEAD Services solutions
• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Support service delivery success and customer satisfaction
• Help manage incidents and client communications
• Work with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on project tasks
• Provide regular project status updates
• Maintain updated project information in AHEAD systems and management tools
• Assist with Project Change Requests and customer presentations
• Develop customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
• Execute initiatives that ensure customer success
• Develop and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Develop and distribute project status reports to management and client teams
• Coordinate internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress
• Conduct project closure, acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities

• Working knowledge of Project Management foundations
• Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+ % of the time)
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required
• Degree in a technical discipline by 6/08/26
• Working knowledge of technology, cloud, and application development
• CAPM or Certified Junior Agile Project Manager certification preferred but not required
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
• Successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp is an acceptable background
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered

Demonstrates strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and coordinate team efforts to ensure customer success. Proficient in maintaining project documentation and providing status updates while fostering customer relationships.
