Senior Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and vision for how data defines, measures, and scales global enablement success
• Own the performance and intelligence roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with data engineering and development teams to execute outputs
• Engage senior stakeholders and field business partners to drive alignment and adoption
• Lead an initiative to scale and improve seller-readiness measurement through agentic assessments and advanced data modeling
• Design AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors
• Architect and lead implementation of a unified, global measurement strategy
• Define North Star KPIs and success metrics tracking program effectiveness and organizational impact
• Own strategic initiatives across the Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy, and Sales Organization
• Lead a cross-functional measurement community of practice across enablement, sales strategy, and technology teams
• Translate complex data analysis and analytical insights into compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders

• 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field
• Expert-level command of data management
• Expert-level command of data visualization, including Tableau and Power BI
• Expert-level command of relational databases and SQL
• Exceptional ability to apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous, high-level business challenges
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships
• Strong bias for action and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to deliver high-quality, precise results in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates expert-level command of data management, data visualization, and relational databases, with a strong ability to translate complex analytical insights into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders. Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption across global organizations.
