In this role, you'll build relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized insurance solutions that protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses. • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Arizona Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain with our support).
