Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Physical Requirements

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or brick with linoleum. Work surfaces 36—80”.
• Walking: short distances for short periods.
• Sitting: paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: up to 50 pounds (cases of ingredients & supplies). Bulk product deliveries unloaded by team members using hand trucks. Items up to 3“ד1.5“. Cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72”. Large cans 3 lb 7 oz; occasionally pizza sauce 30 lb. Tray of pizza dough about 12 lb, carried no more than two at a time over short distances.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change light bulbs, clean ovens, wash walls.
• Stooping/bending:
  Forward bending at waist during pizza prep. Requires about 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout day. Bending at front counter and stocking ingredients.
• Crouching/Squatting: performed occasionally when stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: up, down, forward. Above 72” occasionally. Perform tasks like scooping corn meal, washing dishes, obtaining toppings, cleaning work surfaces, answering phones.
• Hand tasks: hand‑eye coordination essential; use both hands continuously. Shaping pizza dough requires both hands and forearm, wrist force. Manipulate pizza peel, fold cardboard boxes, pinch forcefully. Must grasp cans, phones, pizza cutter, peel, boxes.
• Tool and equipment: use pens, computer, telephone, calculator, pizza cutters.

Qualifications

• Must have your own car, valid insurance, driver’s license with good driving history, and pass a background check.
