What you'll do...

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicates progress; determines improvement opportunities.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow; maintains paperwork and logs.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, guiding on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions and merchandise location, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning areas, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, ensuring promotional items are prominently displayed, and monitoring shrink and security risks.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by staging products and performing audits for accuracy.
• Handles inventory by moving and displaying goods safely, tracking in‑stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting low stock.
• Operates and maintains forklifts; reports unsafe conditions and informs management.
• Identifies customers who need help with technology, assists with technology services, models service use, identifies shrink opportunities, and repairs equipment promptly.

• Minimum of 90 days of forklift experience and forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 – $27.00* (actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
