Project Specialist

• • Oversee and manage projects from initiating the submittal process through job closure
• • Set up each job file according to established standards
• • File all job documentation according to procedures
• • Keep active job files current with project information, including purchase orders, sales orders, vendor purchase orders, cut sheets, correspondence, change orders, specification sheets, delivery schedules, invoices, and acknowledgements
• • Release projects for shipment with vendors after receiving written customer release
• • Perform expediting functions to ensure materials are shipped by vendors and received by customers within agreed-upon time frames
• • Build strong professional relationships with customers and vendors
• • Provide excellent customer service

• High school diploma and 1 to 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment assessments

• Must provide written customer release before releasing projects for shipment

Demonstrates strong project management capabilities by overseeing job files, ensuring timely shipment of materials, and maintaining accurate documentation. Builds and maintains professional relationships with customers and vendors while providing excellent customer service.
