We’re looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to launch and lead our brand-new 7,000 square foot retail location in Yuma, AZ where you’ll be selling countertops, cabinets, flooring, tile, and more to homeowners, contractors, fabricators, and other showrooms.

This is a brand-new location launch. There is no existing customer base, no established team, and no built-in momentum. You will be responsible for getting this market off the ground from day one - building relationships, establishing local brand presence, hiring and developing your team, and creating disciplined operating rhythms. This is a build role, not a maintain role.

This is a run-your-own-business opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for sales, local operations, team leadership, and full P&L performance. You’ll work closely with ownership and our hub location in Ontario, CA, but the Yuma market is yours to build.

Yuma is a contractor-driven, relationship-based market with strong demand and 50%+ Spanish-speaking households. This role requires someone who understands and embraces that opportunity.

Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional Mondays.

Spanish speaking strongly preferred.

Yearly bonus treated as a true profit split. When the location performs, you participate in that performance. GM will receive 30%+ of profit after 5% NOI.

Total Target Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

Launch and build this location from scratch. Establish community, local contractor, and builder relationships, create showroom traffic, hire and train your team, implement EOS structure, and build operational systems that drive profitability. Set the tone, set the standards, and create the culture. From first sale to stable profitability, you own the ramp-up with an expectation of hitting break-even within 6 months.

You’re the type of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You see opportunity and go after it.

Own your market. Build and leverage relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.

Drive showroom traffic and convert leads into revenue.

Be responsible for achieving revenue targets while maintaining target gross margins.

Operate as a true P&L owner. Monitor revenue, margin, labor, and controllable expenses to ensure profitability from day one.

Run weekly EOS L10 meetings and track scorecards.
