Typical Duties:
- Serves Students by developing college-wide and service area grants in alignment with the AWC Strategic Plan. This spans all activities needed from research to concept, from recruiting a team to develop and write, to revising, evaluating, publishing, and submitting grants in a manner that aligns with specific grant requirements, college policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
- As primary grant-writer for the district, engage in active grant writing, and lead grant-writing teams O)' establishing project timelines and maintaining inter-departmental coordination; manage grant goals, objectives, and strategies, and program development within grant parameters. Oversee grant committee efforts, establish objectives, and achieve meeting outcomes. Assist faculty and staff with grant writing for sanctioned projects.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Four (4) years of successful, full-cycle grants experience (development, submission, and compliance management)
- Demonstrated experience and success in writing awarded grants, including securing major public and/or private grants
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of key federal programs relevant to institutions of higher education or state and local grants including workforce/economic development
